The Process
01 INQUIRY & QUESTIONNAIRE
Once an inquiry is received, I will read over your questionnaire, scream with excitement because of how excited I am to celebrate you two, and then send over an email looking for a time to either meet with you, or set up a chat over the phone to be sure we are a good fit.
02 CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once you decide on taking the next step, I will send over the contact and make things official! WAHOOO!!
03 ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Engagement session time!! If we are doing an engagement session for you two, we will get that scheduled and make it happen! This will allow for you both to get comfortable in front of the camera and our shooting style. By the time your wedding day comes around, you’ll both be pros, I already know it! You will receive your edited images a few weeks after the session so you can use them for announcements, invitations, etc.
04 WEDDINGS DAY AND TIMELINE PLANNING
Your collection booked with me also includes timeline planning - often done via a timeline meeting (usually scheduled for 2-3 weeks before the wedding) where we can brainstorm and create a rough draft of your custom wedding day timeline. Don't have time to meet up? We can always do it over the phone or via video chat!
05 WEDDING DAY
My second photographer and I show up to your wedding day with our game faces on, ready to kick some wedding booty.
06 DIGITAL GALLERY RECEVIED
After your gorgeous wedding day, I process and edit your wedding photos and curate them into a beautiful, online digital gallery, which you can download straight to your computer, save to your phone, and share with friends and family. Your gallery also has a store, from which you can order prints and other fun products that are personalized with your wedding photos!
07 ALBUM AND PRINT ORDERS
If your wedding package includes a Custom Heirloom Album, or if you have selected to add one on, this is when we start designing your album (and/or other products)! You will be able to select your favorite photos from the wedding that you want included in your album, and add them to the Album Selections feature in your gallery. From there, I will carefully curate and design a gorgeous, custom heirloom album that brings your love story to life!
